Even well-intentioned people have biases that can show up in our work with colleagues. Join us for an overview of implicit bias, ways bias can show up in our work, and a discussion of how we can strive to reduce it every day. This session is open to all staff and faculty and will be facilitated by Nick Royal, Equal Opportunity/Title IX investigator/analyst, and Bob Greene, Learning and Organizational Development manager.
