In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, we will be featuring a Kitchen 101 cooking demo of Ceviche de Camarón from La Libertad, El Salvador, on the Chef's Table at Porter Café during lunchtime. The chef will demonstrate to students how to prepare this dish.
