This is an all levels, energetic, vinyasa flow yoga class. This hour-long session offers poses to strengthen, soften, and to find increased body-awareness. Use of breath and meditation will be integrated into the class as tools for grounding. Traditional as well as creative sequencing is explored. Variations will be given throughout the class to meet students where they are in their practice. Blocks are encouraged, but not needed.
