Unleashing and Empowering the Creativity of Educators and Students to Address Climate Change
This exciting workshop will feature Boston-area teachers and students from Cambridge Rindge and Latin School who will share exciting climate change resources and activities appropriate for PreK–12 students.
Learn about the work that’s been done in different area schools, including the Spring Forward curriculum developed in part by high school students and used by PreK-12 students. They have developed over 25 lessons for a variety of age ranges, each including unique activities and a detailed lesson guide.
The New Teacher Community recognizes the enormity of challenges that climate change creates, and, in this workshop, we hope to provide you with practical strategies and to inspire you to unleash the creativity of educators and students to combat climate change.
Register by March 31 for this valuable workshop. Zoom information will be sent prior to the workshop.
