Career Services

Our Career Resource Center works with undergraduate and graduate students and alumni on career exploration and decision-making, job search strategies, effective self-promotion, and work issues. We can help you with questions about choosing a major, job opportunities related to a specific program or major, recommendations, interviewing, and graduate school applications.

Handshake

Lesley’s tool, Handshake, enables students to review student employment and professional job openings and sign up for career coaching appointments.  In addition, the Resource Section includes information on resumes, cover letter templates, interview questions for Lesley programs, and more. Alumni may also use Handshake.

Appointments

To set up a career coaching appointment, go to Handshake using your Lesley username and password. After responding to the profile questions, click on “Career Center” from your Handshake home page, and then click on “Appointments.”

If you graduated in 2018 or before, go to Handshake and click on "Sign up here" in the upper right. Lesley graduates can use their Lesley or personal email address.

Alumni who graduated from Lesley more than one year ago are limited to three appointments per year (July 1 to June 30).
